A three-storey west-side infill built to the limits of a narrow Vancouver lot. Flat-roof contemporary form, warm wood entry, and a laneway-ready rear yard within character-area guidelines.
Custom Build
Maple Ridge, BC
A craftsman-modern home sited on a large lot with mountain outlook. Layered gable roofline, stone-based covered entry, triple garage, and site servicing and grading coordinated through the build.
Spec Build
Coquitlam, BC
A contemporary family home with a basement on an established Coquitlam street. Floating shed roof, panelled grey exterior, full-glass garage door, a legal basement suite and an open main floor.
