Our background as a professional civil engineer (P.Eng) means servicing design, grading and stormwater strategy, and subdivision layouts are reviewed with technical attention to detail — not just passed along. We handle the municipal back-and-forth that decides whether a project pencils.

Rasa Development is a registered builder with National Home Warranty. Under the BC Homeowner Protection Act, every new home we build is covered by a comprehensive 2-5-10 warranty so you can move in with confidence.
